Use suitable power, interface and driver circuitry, and check the official PMS150C documentation for pin functions and electrical limits. Develop and test before one-time programming.

The PMS150C-U06 supports one-time programming (OTP) only. Once programmed, its program memory cannot be erased and reprogrammed. Confirm and test your firmware before programming the chips.
