What is it?

This extra-long 13cm Force Sensitive Resistor (FSR) Strip Sensor makes it easy to add touch and force sensing to projects where a standard round FSR simply isn't enough.

The sensor changes its resistance as pressure is applied anywhere along its active sensing strip. Its long, narrow profile makes it perfect for detecting squeezes, presses, grips, and distributed force across elongated surfaces. Because it's thin and flexible, it can be tucked underneath panels, fabrics, foam, silicone, or other soft materials without adding significant thickness.
